Warranty and Returns
LASER prioritizes a convenient transaction for you, both ways.
3 YEAR WARRANTY applies to NRGVault Products from the date of purchase for faults and damages
Laser Corporation Pty Ltd (“Laser”) warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided.
Through a network of retailers and resellers, Laser will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect or improper storage.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase – sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly includes the product description, price, and sales channel.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The 3-Year Warranty does not apply to:

Issues not relating to quality

Lack of proof of purchase

Refunded products

Purchases past their warranty period

Faults caused by misuse or not following official instructions

Faults caused by excessive heat, liquids, or external factors

Faults caused by interaction with unauthorized third-party products

Stolen or misplaced products

Free products
Laser Corporation reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.
REFUND
Unless the product is faulty, the type of sale is considered final
All refunds are made the same way as the original payment method was made
RETURN
Product which is dead on arrival or not in accordance with the Customer’s order may be returned to Laser Corporation.
Laser Corporation will not accept a product return where the customer has failed to take steps to prevent the Product from become unmerchantable.

HOW TO MAKE A PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIM

Find your receipt which proves the date of purchase

Contact your place of purchase – they will assess the nature of the fault, and refund/replace the product according to their store policy

4. Laser will issue you an RMA number
CANCELLATION
If you need to make any changes to or would like to cancel your order, contact online.sales@laserco.com.au to discuss your options.
In the event that your Order is cancelled, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible, via one or more of your contact details supplied, to advise of you of the cancellation.
REPLACEMENT
Delivery of the replacement product will be arranged within 15 BUSINESS DAYS after confirmation that original product is eligible for warranty and has been received at our warehouse. The replacement warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item.
